JAM MAGAZINE - POLICE SPECIAL written by me

JAM MAGAZINE - POLICE SPECIAL written by me

Postby giovanni on 10 Sep 2007 22:44

As someone already spotted, the new Issue of JAM MAGAZINE came out a few days ago on the newstands.

Nothing to worry about, there is nothing written that is not already here, no secret news or discoveries, or whatever; the publisher asked me to work on an 8 page special for the band and that's it.
You can see the cover on our news section. Pics inside were taken from A&M archive.
The whole article is divided in various sections: the tour, the past, live recordings, and one page with an interview to three italian musicians that has something in common with each of the three members of the band.

Another magazine will come out on the days of the Italian show and it will be given for free at the Turin stadium; it's a free press and will have The Police on the cover; inside, another article (a summary of mine) about The Police, but there will also be a page written by me, dedicated to www.illegaltales.com that is my own Italian website dedicated to the band(check it out, there is a new intro selection of pics taken in Aahrus by Eugenio).

Thanks for supporting!

cool!!!

one of the great things of writing is that you are expecting to enjoy other peoples with your own stories or by your stylistic way of writting

for me writing is more than a catharsis... is a wide way of expression in each one of words to use for building an story... are you telling more than simple words

congratulations!

by the way, I am just finish writing, on my Blog, chapter 9 about "Ghost" period... Enjoy it!

>I did read the English that was on the sting page fitting for today I did >see the documentary on that the other day.

That's sort of 'hidden' (even if not that much); it has nothing to do with the website to tell the truth; I just have it there, at the very end of that page, just because sometimes people want to read it in English; that was the mail I wrote to Outlandos/Sting.com and to some mailing lists; without knowing, it reached Sting band as well and I got a very pleasant response from some of the band members.

And you know what? I'm writing these few lines now, exactly on the same date...September 11th.

sites

I love both of course; SC.net is absolutely more professional and 'official'; the other is simply a place for Italian fans to check every now and then what really happens around; many times magazines write weird news about Sting or The Police, many times the news about a reunion was written on our newspapers, but if fans read it on my website Illegal Tales, then they know it's true.

I put the same passion on both.
