Beautiful mountain scene, shy! Great for a day off. I am in similar mountains in Montana today, went for a lovely 6-mile hike. Now reading HP7, have gotten through chapter 10.

I just have to add that as of this morning, vespapod (aka Mr. "You guys are nuts" a few months back as I was buying all my various tickets) has decided he wants to come up to the Fenway show on the 29th, too. 12+ hours of driving in about 24 hours to get up there, get to the show, and get back in time for him to work Monday morning.

Well, it looks like for once a wave of reason washed over me (Gdi, I hate when that happens!) and I have resisted the temptation for the NY/NJ shows after all. I was even offered a nosebleed tic and a place to stay making it a pretty compelling offer FFS but I was strong and instead wanted to make sure that PapaCat (aka hubby) got to pick out some cool treats for himself instead (shopping for digital camera, external harddrive, etc.)...It still simmers on the back burner of my mind but unless some unexpected windfall arrives in the next few days, looks like the FlyingSuperCat's jets will be grounded until Twickers! I reserve the right to a hormonally-fuelled break with reason, if the circumstances do present themselves, however!!
