that Stewart's Noah's Ark score is great jogging music. I've recently started jogging a little bit when I go out for my evening stroll to start getting in shape as my 20th high school reunion which is next year and I don't want to wait until the last minute to start getting into shape. I used to just walk for about 45 minutes about 5 nights a week. However, now that it is hotter and more humid than Hades most evenings, I've been waiting until the sun goes down to go out when it's a little cooler. However, the 45 minute walks are less safe then so started doing a combination of jogging and walking (more walking than jogging, truth be told) and I've found that Stewart's score to the Noah's Ark cartoon that came out in 1989 is the perfect music for this because it has a brilliant combination of faced paced and slower paced music. And it's the perfect length of time (about 25 minutes or so) for these strolls. I've been feeling more energetic and notice my love handles melting away since I started incorporating sprints into these strolls.
I know bits of Noah's Ark were performed by various orchestras and I'm hoping perhaps these were recorded and will see the light of day someday.
