I'm glad I wasn't the only one.[/quote]

Hello shyvixen - that is the cutest screen name! You'll have to get a suitably foxy avatar to go with it. Maybe I'll change my user name to shoutyvixen...

Shoutyvixen - I like it! Thank you Hannaha. I am usually quite shy, the vixen part of me comes out after a drink or two. I have no idea what I'm going to do for an avatar yet. It does have to be suitably cool and foxy.

Thank you for the welcome DirtyMartini (one of my favorite drinks, btw). I really, really like it here. Hope it's all right if I stay awhile.

On UK

Postby drummike on 14 Jul 2007 13:31

In Ky, UK is a very large university.

But, there was also a really good British rock group called UK, first with the brilliant Bill Bruford on drums, and later with the excellent Terry Bozzio. They had a great singer/bass player named John Wetton, who later moved to Asia.

Yeah, UK is a pretty big university. But UofL (University of Louisville) is a whole lot better.

(It's a big rivalry here to all those who don't live nearby...)

I'll look for you Dive

Tried finding Stewart in downtown Louisville today, but only talked to roadies (nice guys)

With the Giacomo connection to Churchill Downs, this should be an interesting show
Thanks for always being yourself Stewart

Yeah, right. Actually, I lived in Louisville for four years during the 80s and pretty much loved every minute of it. I lived in Lexington for about 6 months and had mixed feelings about it. I did like the UK campus, though. My band played at the Red Barn in April and had a good time. Cheers.

Mighty awesome show at Churchill last night!
