Cameras are definitely for the video walls- they are everywhere. however, there are a couple of camera crews and there will definitely be an official live video i am sure!

From what I recall, there will most definitely be a DVD of this tour at some point.....what all will be on it is anyone's guess. Stewart's son Jordan is filming all kinds of behind the scenes and rehearsal footage, and I can only imagine that there will be a concert filmed for this at some point as well....perhaps those cameras are for more than just the jumbotrons?
