Off to Miami...A Quick Hello and Thank You

I just want to express my thanks to the members of this board for keeping the faith, flying the flag and darning the socks. I typically don't have time for posting and chit chat as I'm usually online at work, but like many, I check in every day to get the latest info. SC.net is THE BEST place for info without drama. Period. So thank you.

Today is different though...I'm heading down to Miami shortly for the show and obviously my mind is not on the job. The butterflies that started in my stomach yesterday are now a full blown swarm. I'm having a hard time containing the excitement and needed to express it with those who understand. My husband, sport that he is for escorting me tonight, doesn't really get it. During the sublime, double-extended "Regatta" jam at Live Earth, he looks at me in the middle of the the audience sing-along and asks "What's with the yodeling?"

YODELING? That's not yodeling you...you... what's the word you Krazy Kids use? Asshat? Yeah, Asshat...that will do.

Question...will the FLAG be tailgaiting this afternoon? Asshat is buying the beer.

PS: I don't know if the flag is allowed to tailgate <scrolls through the flag-related contracts, addenda, errata, and codicils> I do hope you are able to find the flag, though...your screen name is a riot and I'd say surely needing to land on the flag! <grin>

I honestly don't know if the flag will be tailgating, but it will be in ROW 1 for the show, so keep an eye out and make sure you SIGN THAT FLAG, PRP!
