Actually, the choice of hosts is the biggest disappointment for me so far. I just want to change the channel every time they show up.

KT Tunstall is on right now (on the Bravo broadcast)... that spray-painted-gold leg thing is a bit distracting, though... Kenna was OK, their songs/music doesn't really do anything for me, but they're a really good band.

I <3 Taylor but I have to say I always hope to see Dave hop behind a kit and do a drum off once in a while...I think he's best behind the kit!! That is a pretty amazingly-bitchin guitar he's playing tonight though <grin>

I go to bed now - no more Life Earth to find for me! I will unsubscirbe my cable on monday and switch to satellite dish.
As soon as the bitching starts about the boys not playing One World please everybody wait until I am back in about 7 hours ...

HAW! They're playing "Everlong" and EVERY time they get to the last chorus I picture the video, where Taylor's drum kit pops up out of the bed and he's got a long blond wig on and a nightgown!

I'm really enjoying the short videos and stuff they're playing too...Universal Hi-Def is running the feed straight off Intelsat from the Live Earth organizers and they've been running all kinds of stuff all day. Short cartoons about climate change, right now it's a montage of little kids and oil covered birds...lots of statistics and stuff (the average person in the developed world throws away her own weight in garbage every seven weeks...yow!)

Plus you get to see ALL the Live Earth stuff, not just the performances from one city...I have really had a hard time tearing myself away from this all day!

Yepp, that's true...there certainly is nothing to cry over having to stay home for this gig...it's getting pretty awesome coverage and I get to sit here in my jammies and tube sox <grin>
