Have you heard of this? It was on the Police Tour website;

Special release to include bonus features...
On June 29, a special Japanese edition of 'The Police Inside Out' will be released to commemorate the band's 30th anniversary. The special version will probably include a bonus disc with unreleased scenes, unreleased live footage, an interview with Stewart Copeland and footage of Stewart Copeland in Tokyo (subject to change).

Yes, Stewart himself said so at the theater (after Q&As) at Tokyo, he has 50 hours of films and had been wondering what to with them, and then, got an idea about the bonus disk... but he didn't mentioned about the " footage of SC in Tokyo ".
