Warm up device used by Stewart, can anyone help?

I've seen Stewart use one of those, in a bit of video from the reunion tour.
It's like a small rod with a soft silicone or rubber surface and he uses it in the warming up excercises before a show, to stretch arms and wrists.. I can't think of its name, not in Spanish either. I have no idea of what they're called and I need one for myself.
Does anyone know?
