My Own Rhythmatist Experience !!!

My Own Rhythmatist Experience !!!

Postby dontboxmein on 01 Apr 2010 16:17

As many of you already know after buying "The Rhythmatist" record it changed my life forever...I went on a quest for the perfect drum rhythms...one I found enlightening was Indian, but African got deep in my soul. Since then and about 15 years later putting in the time. I have come full circle...I had the best audition last night and beat out 50 drummers for the slot.
I am now officially black inside...I have begun sessions with an artist from the Sudan named Angelou...and a world tour commences in the fall.

And Stewart I owe it all to you...thanks for doing that record!!!!!

Who would have ever thought that putting 15 yrs into tribal rhythms would pay off like this...I am so over the moon!!!!
and if sometimes i can't seem to talk you know this blackborad lacks a piece of chalk
