It suppose to be in Mexico City, but some Mexican fans who attended that gig said that Stewart wore that night a different shirt, other says is the Buenos Aires first night...all is possible if you works in the field of television... I mean you could added an archive video from a different date for describing visually a similar new.. So, nobody are sure about this video... perhaps, you could know the correct response Mr. Bible

If you look at the photos at the Police wiki for the Mexico City show, you will see that the video probably is indeed from Mexico City.
