Links section.

"Do you mind not interupting me when I'm working?" I'm not sure why, but I find the thought of him playing video games funny...

''They pay me for this."

"It's a bodily function." He's comparing playing drums to farting? Umm... well they both make noise...

That was really cool, he makes it look so easy.... then again he makes druming look easy too.
“...and er, did anyone try just pushing this little red button?”

I love the "They pay me for this!" moment too.

Almost makes me want to get a PlayStation.

Thanks for the great video, Spyroseductress. It's like the scene in the Wizard of Oz where they pull back the curtain. He makes it seem so simple. To me the most interesting aspect was when he mentioned he went to Utah to record the orchestral sounds he used in the game (and most of his scores since). I would like to hear more details about that.

My guess is that it was probably filmed in 1998. I think the first Spyro game came out in the fall of 1998. It was the very reason that I bought a Playstation to begin with (plus, I was home sick for a week with a bad case of strept throat and it was the only thing that kept me from losing my mind). It wound up being a great investment as my older nephews were just starting to get into video games at the same time and guess which game quickly became their favorite. They especially love the music and think it's cool I met the guy who composed it. Now I'll hopefully get to introduce them to the Police, although their parents are strict Christians and it's becoming increasingly difficult to find things for the nieces and nephews that is parental approved.

That was insanely entertaining! Very similar to the part on "Inside Troublemaker Studios" where Rodriguez shows us how he creates his compositions. He even had a little snippet of Ice Castles in there!!
