So...it's finally my Flagiversary!!

Gadzooks! I had forgotten how long your wait was Schmaffy. I'm with SS; it was one of the most anticipated flag duties of the whole shebang. I believe a member of the band promised that they'd be back and would "do it right' after the last minute cancellation. I'm sure they did, but I still think Sting's throat consultant owes you a beer or twelve, and Shy a return flight....

Merry happy flagday 'finally flagbearer' :-)

I cannot believe how many times I watched some folks block their own views. I don't understand you people.

I don't recall ever receiving that $10, though . . .

N.B.: She brought a flask.

Really strange to see how bright and clean that damn thing is in sockii's picture.

Happy Flagiversaries all around, Schmaffy and Sockii.

And congrats on surviving the longest Flag foreplay in history, Schmaff.
Dramatic highlights & a unique musical cosmos. Guaranteed.

You sure did wait a looooooong time for your flagpportunity, so I think your anniversary celebration should last extra long, too! Enjoy it, Schmaff! You were great!

Well, it was soooo worth the wait...y'all must remember that the cancelled Philly show provided us with the consolation entertainment that was STEWART posting in the Philly Floozies Floored thread <grin> And then it was really fun, right before the big leadup to the finale!! Miss you all so much, happy flagversary!

Late to the party, but CONGRATS Schmaff!

You looked uber-verklempt that day. And a tad happy, too.

Hope you're still abusing the hell out of your kit!

Sorry I'm a bit late, too. I've been busy pondering apostrophes.
Happy flagiversary! I remember reading all about your special day when I should have been packing for my trip to Saratoga. I didn't want to miss out on the uncorking of the SQUEEE that had been aging for nine months. Plus, the Philly Floozies Floored thread was among the first that I followed when I found this place. I barely understood a word of it at the time, but I thought it was way cool that Stewart actually posted a reply.

Congrats, Schmaffy and Sockii and Vespa!
It was cool that the rescheduled date fell in with the leadup to the last shows. At the time of the original date, I thought that was going to be my last Police concert ever. Who'd have thought I'd have a handful more shows after Philly!

Here's a photo I took of Schmaffy outside the restaurant before the show.
