Apparently both Vancouver and MSG sold like hotcakes, but folks reported they easily got floor seats in Montreal.
I just don't understand the vitriol from people who couldn't get seats down front at MSG. It's only the wealthiest city on earth, and one with the highest number of music fans. Why they don't just wait for the Denver or New Orleans presale and go for tickets is beyond me. You could still buy a hotel/plane ticket and come out ahead as compared to what you'll pay a scalper for a good floor ticket for a New York City show.
If you got a presale code and then weren't able to buy tix, you can use the code again for another city, right? I'm pretty sure that's the case...

Divemistress makes a good point. I live in LA, but I'm half-convinced that trying to get tickets for whatever venue they play in SoCal won't be worth it, since every decent seat will probably go to "industry" types anyway. =)
