I think we should take this to the streets. Haha.

If anything at least we'll have more videos. I wonder what they'll play.

From looking at Sting's site, it appears that he is scheduled to be performing in Europe from February 18 through March 12, so a Police Tour would seem to be on hold at least until after those dates. We'll see...

According to the Help Section of Sting.com:

"What is a Legacy Presale?

If you signed up for a PREMIUM or BASIC membership as of January 31, 2006 and your membership is still in good standing, you are now considered a "Legacy" member and will be able to participate in the special early "Legacy" presale windows. If you signed up for a membership AFTER January 31, 2006 you will be able to participate in the New Member presale window."

is it reasonable to render expectations as a fan and proclaim an entitlement as such? and then become irrate because somebody else is making an offer to other people in another place?
Eventually, everyone will clarify why they are here and what they expect to either do or receive.

I think it's reasonable to expect that one band member's fans won't get preferential treatment, yes.

As for "entitlement", if they hadn't done something for one relatively small group of fans only, the rest of us wouldn't be so ticked off.

All of us are hoping to get a shot at seeing them. Not knowing how many dates, what prices will be, etc. means we don't know if we will even get the opportunity to buy seats half a stadium away for $1000 each from a scalper. The panic is, what if the 60-80 dates is all wrong and they are only doing 20 dates? Supply is SO much less than demand in that scenario, there is a very real possibility that not all of us will get in.

Don't assume that because we are upset at this we aren't "real" fans of the band. If anything, quite the opposite.
