A Forthcoming POLICE Album? Reactions!

News tell us the possibilitie of fothcoming new songs of THE POLICE...two or an entire album! Yep I desired it years before, cause they have the capability, the inspiration, the energy and the talent to break the music business scenario again!!!

Take a glance of what happen surround this probably great project. First of all, Sting explored anything they desires to do from Jazzy to Classical influences... on the other hand Stew and Andy explores all what their musical vains give them direction... the result a most powerful into their habilities and a mature sense of what the music go for the audience... Nowadays, in a new era different from the eighties, I am really sure they don't risk anything and won't feel any thriller to produce something new to their fans and new generations... if it succeed will be the first time an old band reunion peak again in the charts and broke the music market... for other bands is so easy to reproduce the same sound with different up tempo technism, but the clever of THE POLICE is their music vain allowed to experiment with fussion, because POLICE sound isn't heavy, isn't hard, isn't regular pop, isn't regular rockabilly, isn't trance or hi hop... THE POLICE sounds like THE POLICE and this is enough to lend new fussions into the master habilities of Stewart, Andy and Sting!

I predicted new songs, new album, and the world simply will fall again into THE POLICE dimensions sounds of love!!!!

Nah, we'll be lucky to get maybe 2 new tracks.

I wonder if Sting ever got around to listening to Stewart's Derangements before the Vancouver trip?

From Stingus.Net this morning:

>While some claim a new album is expected from The Police with new
>material, we can confirm that this will NOT be the case. However, some
>new songs will be released later this year as extra with a Best of set.

So I wouldn't get crazy hopes up, people, for an entirely new album.

Yes. Stew said Sting heard them and liked it. I can't remember where I saw that though.
